Tawelta Technologies ("Tawelta", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and our mobile applications (the "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — for example your name and email address when you contact us or create an account in one of our apps.
- Usage data — basic, anonymized information such as device type, operating system version, app version and crash reports, used to keep our Services working.
- App-specific data — some apps may process additional data (for example photos or location) only when you grant permission. Each app's store listing describes this.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve our Services.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party services
We may use trusted third-party providers (for example hosting, analytics, crash reporting or authentication services) that process data on our behalf. These providers are only permitted to use your data to provide services to us.
4. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent to certain processing. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws, and we honor the rights given to residents of US states with privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). 6. Account and data deletion
If one of our apps lets you create an account, you can delete the account from within the app or by emailing privacy@tawelta.com. We will delete associated personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.
7. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Where your data is stored
Your information may be stored and processed in Canada or the United States by us or our service providers. When it is stored outside your province or country, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
