These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and mobile applications provided by Tawelta Technologies ("Tawelta", "we", "us", "our"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the respective store.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, text and graphics, are owned by Tawelta or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.

5. User content

You keep ownership of any content you submit through our Services. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Services to you.

6. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tawelta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
